Dymond Long, MSN, FNP-BC
Dymond Long is a Masters prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University, in Chicago, Illinois. With the ultimate goal to further her education, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and was granted Full Practice Authority in Illinois in 2021.

Dymond’s overall goal is to teach people that healthcare is not “one size fits all” by helping create a plan that is tailored to their individual needs. Her passion is to empower and educate individuals that healthy lifestyle choices can ultimately improve their physical and mental health.
